These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WinRec family of products — the WinRec Creator mobile app (iOS and Android), the WinRec for Chrome extension, the website at winrec.online, and the WinRec AI critique service (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Simarahitam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing the app or extension, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WinRec lets you submit a video — by uploading it in the mobile app, or by recording your screen locally in the Chrome extension — and request an AI-generated critique of that video. The critique is directional feedback produced by a third-party AI model and is provided for informational and coaching purposes only.
2. Accounts
Requesting an AI critique requires signing in — with Apple or Google in the mobile app, or with Google in the extension. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
3. Acceptable use
- You may only submit videos you have the right to record and analyze.
- You must not use the Service to process unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate the rights or privacy of others.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, or circumvent usage limits.
4. Plans, credits & billing
- Free: new accounts receive free credits to start (currently 5).
- WinRec Creator (mobile): credits are purchased via in-app subscriptions (monthly or annual) or a one-time top-up. Subscriptions grant credits each billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. A critique costs credits based on video length.
- WinRec for Chrome / web Pro: a paid subscription billed monthly or annually, with a monthly critique allowance and longer reviews.
- Prices are shown in the app stores and on the pricing page, and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Payments are processed by the applicable platform: Apple (App Store) for iOS purchases, Google Play for Android purchases, and Razorpay for web/extension purchases. We do not store your full card details.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective policies via your store account. 6. AI output disclaimer
Critiques are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of your content. They are suggestions, not professional advice or guarantees of any outcome. You are responsible for your own judgment about how to use the feedback.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your recordings and content. We retain all rights to the Service, software, and brand. We do not claim ownership of your videos.
8. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simarahitam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction at our registered office location.
