Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to WinRec Pro subscriptions sold by Simarahitam Technologies Pvt. Ltd. through winrec.online. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Summary: You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Because WinRec is a digital service delivered immediately, payments already made are generally non-refundable.
1. Free trial before you pay
WinRec offers free critiques (currently 5) so you can evaluate the service fully before subscribing. We encourage you to use the free tier before upgrading to Pro.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your WinRec Pro subscription at any time.
- On cancellation, your subscription does not renew for the next period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- To cancel, email support@winrec.online from your account email, or manage the subscription through the payment method used at checkout. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle.
3. Refunds
- WinRec Pro is a digital service that is delivered and usable immediately upon payment. As such, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and unused critique allowance.
- Exceptions we will refund: a duplicate/accidental charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a documented technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the Pro service and that we could not resolve.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@winrec.online from your account email within 7 days of the charge, with your payment reference and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
5. Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies only to future billing periods, never retroactively.
