Service Delivery Policy

WinRec is a digital software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

1. What you receive

• Free: the WinRec Chrome extension and a limited number of AI critiques, available immediately on install.
• WinRec Pro: increased critique allowance, longer reviews, PDF report downloads, and critique history.

2. When access is delivered

WinRec Pro is delivered electronically and immediately upon successful payment. Your account is upgraded automatically and Pro features become available the next time the extension verifies your plan — typically within a minute. Use the same Google email at checkout that you sign in with in the extension, so the upgrade attaches to your account.

3. No physical shipment

Because WinRec is delivered entirely online, no shipping, courier, or delivery charges apply, and no physical address is required for delivery.

4. If access doesn’t activate

If your Pro features haven’t unlocked shortly after payment, sign out and back in within the extension, or contact support@winrec.online with your payment reference and we’ll resolve it promptly.
