Delete Your Account and Data

Applies to the WinRec Creator app (developer: Simarahitam Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).

You can request deletion of your WinRec Creator account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what data is removed or kept.

Steps

1. Send an email to support@winrec.online from the email address linked to your WinRec Creator account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my WinRec account.”
3. We confirm your identity (that the request comes from the account’s email) and process the deletion.
4. You will receive a confirmation once your account and associated data have been deleted.

What is deleted

• Your account record and sign-in identifier (Google/Apple).
• Your email address and display name.
• Your projects and AI critique reports.
• Your credit balance and usage history.

What is kept (and for how long)

• Uploaded videos: not retained — each video is deleted immediately after the AI critique is generated (and within an hour at most by an automatic lifecycle rule), so there is nothing further to delete.
• Billing/transaction records: minimal purchase records required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes may be retained for the period required by law, in de-identified or restricted form. These are not used to identify you after account deletion.

Partial data deletion

If you want to delete specific data (such as an individual project or critique) without deleting your whole account, email support@winrec.online with the details and we will action it.
